He is survived by: his wife Reba Hawthorn; his sons, Matthew Hawthorn (Kristy) and Josh Hawthorn (Alyson); his brothers, Wayne Hawthorn (Karen) and Brian Hawthorn; and his grandchildren, Kalyn Hawthorn, Kennis Hawthorn and Anne Marie Hawthorn.
