She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wood and Mabel Wood; her husband Walter Memory Shuffield, Jr.; her siblings, Hugh Wood and Romie Stennett Davis; and her grandchildren, Memory Shuffield IV and Emma Lee Rivers.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Memory Shuffield III (Debbie), Ann Shuffield Rivers (Chris Snyder) and Lee Shuffield (Tabitha); her grandchildren, Julie Shuffield Bailey, Justin Shuffield (Meaghan), Jay Shuffield, Reed Rivers (Ashlee), Will Rivers (Savannah), Allee Grace Shuffield and Aleeah Marie Shuffield; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Starr, Brynn Bailey, Tanner Shuffield, Nolan Rivers, Audrey Rivers, William Memory Shuffield and Stella Rivers.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Maben (615 2nd Ave, Maben, MS 39750). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Maben First Baptist Church (615 2nd Ave, Maben, MS 39750).
