She was predeceased by: her parents, B. F. Hill, Jr. and Winnie Permenter Hill; her husband John C. "Hooker" McArthur; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie McArthur. She is survived by: her family Evelyn; her children, Judy McArthur Vernon (Moses) of Oxford, MS, John C McArthur (Bubba) of Aberdeen and Sandy McArthur Rawlings (Jeff) of Madison, MS; and her grandchildren, Lee Dugan (James), Dee Bussanmas (Scott), William Vernon, Courtney Wilson (Brooks), Johnathan McArthur (Beth), Kelly Edwards (Andrew), Alec Rawlings (Laura Jane) and Sean Rawlings (Courtney). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren.
