She is survived by: her parents, David Hazard Beard Jr. and Elisha Parvin Beard; her siblings, Madeline (Andy Thornton) and David III (Marley Stover); her nephew James Thornton; her grandparents, David Sr., Boopie Beard, Eddie and Peggy Parvin; and her aunts, Frances Beard Glenn (Robert Glenn Sr.) and Susanne Beard Atkins (Brian Atkins).
In lieu of flowers, Abigail's life may be celebrated through donations to Webster Animal Shelter in Madison, Mississippi where Abigail, her sister Madeline, and her cousin Lucy Jane Atkins Poer, share memories of volunteering.
