He is survived by: his children, Joseph Antoine Otto, Julie Otto of Indianapolis, IN, Linda Musgrove (Thomas) of Grand Bay, AL and Theresa Wooten (Ronald) of Madison, MS; his sister Lillie Melone (Tony) of Bethesda, MD; his grandchildren, Jessica Speights (Joshua) of Madison, MS, Mary Palmer and James Ronald Wooten III of Starkville, MS; his great grandchildren, André Otto of Tallahasse, FL, Lanie, Toni and Betty; his caregiver Peggy Lindsey of Madison, MS.; and his friend Tony'. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, dear friends.
