He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hutto and Apollonia Hutto. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hutto; his son Evan Hutto; his grandchild Kinsley Hutto; and his siblings, Alfons Hutto (Inge), Gerald Hutto (Sue), John Hutto (Jan), Paul Hutto (Viola), Patricia Morgan (Mike) and Gerlinda Birchmeier (John).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Bird Conservancy (American Bird Conservancy (ABC)) in Norm's memory, honoring his passion for birds.
