He was predeceased by: his pet Jo Jo. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Grace Patrick (Wes) and Victoria Morgan Purvis (Lee); his grandchildren, Morgan Lee Purvis and Mallory Vera Purvis; his parents, Larry Edward and Collie Mae Howard; his sister Rhonda Mary Kuriger; and his nieces, Cameron Claire Kuriger and Sydney Nicole Kuriger.
