He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Plummer and Laurice Plummer; his sister Carine; his brother-in-law Wayne Smolensky; and his nephew Steven Smolensky.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Kevin and Erin Hines (Blake); his grandchildren, Evie Hines and Ben Hines; his niece Staci Engstrom of Inverness; his brother Gordon Plummer (Sharon) of Sarasota; his sister-in-law Sandy Fetta; and his close friend Russell Johnson (Sandy).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home (1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, MS 39157).
