He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Eugene Langston and Nadine Benton Langston. He is survived by: his wife Melissa K. Langston; his children, Ashley Shapley (Andrew) of Brandon, MS and Garry Owen Langston of Madison, MS; his siblings, Glenda Spratt of Queen Creek, AZ, Jo Smith (Mikel), Jill Hill (Art) of Springdale, AZ and Terry Langston (Denise) of Mt. Home, AR; and his grandchildren, Weston Shapley, Sawyer Shapley and Bennett Shapley.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Natchez Trace Funeral Home (759 US-51, Madison, MS 39110). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Natchez Trace Funeral Home Chapel (759 US-51, Madison, MS 39110).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.
