It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Kenney of Madison, Mississippi, born in New York, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Chris Kenney and Elsie Kenney. He is survived by : his wife Dolores Killebrew; his daughters, Stephanie Moss (Michael) of Atlanta, GA., Stacy Kenney (Michelle) of Cleveland, OH, Melissa Killebrew of Richardson, TX, Laura Killebrew of Scottsdale, GA and Sacha Waltke (Stephen) of Fort Worth, TX; his sister Christine Thigpen of Knightdale, NC; and his granddaughters, Jodie Kenney and Melissa Lynn Waltke.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to St. Columb's Episcopal Church of Ridgeland or to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis.
