He is survived by: his wife Melody Ford Green; his children, Jessica Miley (Brent) and Jack Green (Macey); his grandchildren, Reed Miley, Charlotte Green, Ben Miley, Olivia Green and Emily Green; his sisters, Sharon Armstrong (David) and Patsy Kinard (Leslie); and his siblings-in-law, Marla Gibson (Wendell) and Kiley Ford (Melanie).
