He was predeceased by : his grandfather Bobby Cochran, Sr.. He is survived by : his parents, Julie Lollar and Stephen Lollar; his sister Lily Byrd (Juwann); his nephew Phoenix Byrd; his niece Lucy Byrd; his grandparents, Cynthia Cochran, Nancy Lollar and Johnny Lollar; his aunt Karen McBride (John); his cousins, Jack McBride, Thomas McBride and Ben McBride; his uncle Bobby Cochran, Jr. (Gail); his cousins, Daniel Cochran and Andrew Cochran; and his close friend Jayhay.

Noel attended Rosa Scott until COVID, at which time he did his classes online.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
