He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Messina and Mary T. Messina; and his siblings, Joseph, Katherine, Rose and Teresa.
He is survived by: his sister Mary; and his nieces and nephews, Judith Anne, John Paul, Joseph, Doug, Brian, Rita, Diane, Michael, Maria, Connie and Ray.
