He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie B. Howard; and his mother Denone Shivers Howard. He is survived by: his children, Jeramiah Howard (Christina) of Flora, MS and Samantha Sanders (Michael) of Vicksburg, MS; his grandchildren, Mallory LeAnn Tyson and Trace Mitchell Tyson; his father Therman Howard, Sr. (Bonnie) of Lena, MS; and his siblings, Pam (Rick Thompson), Anthony (Kathy Rouchon), Tony (Mike Chapman) and Renee Lay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
