He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Cook, Sr. and Sara McGowan Cook. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Fulton Cook; his daughter Morgan Van Every (Jonathan); and his siblings, William C. Cook, Jr. (Bill), James Daniel Cook (Jan) and Polly Cook Lord (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
