She is survived by: her siblings, Hubert Matthews, Rudolph Matthews, Pearl Wilson, Bonnie Rushing (James) and Hoy Lee Wilson; and her close friend Shadrital Tanner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Church of Magee Magee, MS (618 11th Ave NW, Magee, MS 39111).
