She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Lee Hosey; her daughter Renee Stringer; her parents, Casey Bishop and Inez White Bishop; her siblings, Max Bishop, Dean Bishop, Jimmy Bishop, Donal Bishop, Lyle Bishop, Kirby Bishop, Lainey Raines and Zara Bishop; her grandchildren, Corbin Hosey and Tazah Hosey; and her great grandchild Charlee Jo Creel.
She is survived by: her children, Byron Hosey (Pamela) of Canton, MS, Dane Hosey (Rhonda) of Mendenhall, MS, Donna Hosey (Jody Lott) of Hattiesburg, MS and Lane Eubanks (Mickey) of Magee, MS; her sisters, Clara Thomas (Jimmy), Nina Percell (Mike) and Reta Jackson (Randy); her son-in-law Jeff Stringer; and her brother-in-law Billy Dale Hosey (Susan). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee (302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dry Creek Baptist Church (618 11th Ave NW, Magee, MS 39111).
