He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Puckett and Charline Harkey Puckett; his grandparents, Charlie, Maude Lee Burnham Puckett and Victoria Gray Garner Harkey; his siblings, Travis Puckett, Billy Jack Puckett, Lavonne Gray, Jean Hancock and Anita Puckett Harkey; and his father-in-law Rev. Ray Barnett.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael R. Puckett of Fort Collins, CO and Daniel E. Puckett (Brandy) of Magee, MS; his former wife Marilyn Puckett of Magee, MS; his siblings, JoAnn Harry of Magee, MS, Cyndi, Myers (Gibby) of Brandon, MS, Yvonne Layton (David) of Magee, MS, Hilda Lyons of Magee, MS, Dwayne Puckett of Magee, MS and Randy Puckett (Linda) of Mendenhall, MS; his siblings-in-law, Maxine Puckett of Mt. Olive, MS and Curtis Harkey of Magee, MS; his mother-in-law Carolyn V. Barnett of Magee, MS; his brother-in-law Randy R. Barnett of Mendenhall, MS; and his grandchildren, Laythan Puckett, Layla Puckett and Laynee Puckett of Magee, MS. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
