We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 82, Charles Gene Tanner of Magee, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Delton Tanner and Gertrude Meadows Tanner; and his brother Mac Tanner. He is survived by : his wife Carol W. Tanner; his children, Tony Tanner (Karyn), John Rhodes (Crystal), Toni Tanner (Bobby) and Dana Jones (Chris); his grandchildren, Rylee Tanner, Ramsey Jones, Madi Tanner, Raegan Jones, Braxton Kemp and Kayla Jones; and his great grandchild Jack Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Corinth Baptist Church Ramsey Jones Mission Fund, 207 Church Road, Magee, MS 39111.
