He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Jo Scott and Sue Robershaw. He is survived by: his spouse Fay Smith Herring; his children, Robb Herring (Amanda), Charlie Kiser (Janet), George Lewis (Rebecca), Suzanne Tidwell (Joseph), Wanda Sullivan (Aaron) and Gloria McCraney; and his grandchildren, Bo Herring, Olivia Tidwell and Will Tidwell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tutor Funeral Home - Magee (822 Simpson Hwy 149, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Magee City Cemetery (1212 1st Ave NE, Magee, MS 39111).
