He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Ray Austin and Juanita Bailey Austin; and his sister Mary Jean Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Elbert Austin (Kirsten), Melody Dawn Amiri (Bryan) and Samantha Murray (Thomas); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Dustin, Lucy, Landyn, Quinten, Kinleigh and Azita; his great grandchild Ellie Meilike; his siblings, Howard Austin (Kristi) and Kathryn McElhanney; and his brother-in-law Bobby Meadows.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee (302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS 39111). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
