He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Daniel; his parents, William Warren Adcock and Elizabeth Easterling Adcock; and his siblings, Leonard Adcock, Lennis Adcock, Lamar Adcock, LD Adcock, Kemis Adcock, Norman Adcock and Ina Jean Adcock Thornton.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret E Cherry Adcock of Magee, MS; his children, Kenneth Adcock (Amanda) and Lisa Sherman (Kevin); his grandchildren, Samantha Echard, Dustin Howell (Chloe), Jared Daniel (Alyssa), Brittany Bullard (Kendric), James Thornton, III (Savannah), Zachary Adcock (Alexis) and Makala Garner (Grant); and his brothers, Prentis Adcock (Rhonda), John Paul Adcock (Jean) and Bartley Adcock (Martha). He is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren.
