He is survived by: his wife Gail Hamilton; his children, Vance Hamilton (Felicia Hamilton), Justin Hamilton (Jessica Hamilton) and Jamie Hicks (Bryce Hicks); and his brother Michael Hamilton (Louise Hamilton). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
