He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Blair and Oretta Gray Blair; his sisters, Bonnie Barrett and Linda Ferguson; and his grandson Layton Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Patsie Roberts Blair; his sons, Joel Blair (Tiffany) and Stephen Blair (Dana); his siblings, Billy Blair (Patricia), Debbie Thompson (Jerry), Bobbie Tanner and Diane Hall; and his grandchildren, Jayden Blair, Kayden Blair, Magnolia Blair, Harper Tipton and Tate Blair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
