He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Mangum, Sr. and Maxie Dunaway Mangum; and his siblings, Homer Mangum, Jr., Charlie Mangum and Deborah Kay Tullos.
He is survived by: his sisters, Maxine Kelly (Ronald), Barbara Riley (Clifton) and Betty Craft (Jeff); and his friend Stephanie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
