She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Chester Puckett and Betty Mae Ainsworth Puckett; her husband Olice Herrington; her son Frank Herrington; her great grandchild Bryce Humphrey; and her siblings, D. C. "Jimmy" Puckett of Magee, Dennis K. Puckett of Braxton, Denford A. Puckett of Forest, Bobby Puckett of Pearl, Billy Puckett of Magee, Eurnae Traxler of Monroe, Lona Beatrice Little of Mize, Ferda Mae Maddox of Magee and Betty Lou Ainsworth of Taylorsville.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane White (Roger); her daughter-in-law Judy Herrington; her granddaughters, Jennifer Green (Amie) and Kendra Humphrey (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Lakyn Hunt (Casey), Macy Albritton (Landon), Kaley Crysel (Kyle) and Addison Humphrey. She is also survived by eleven great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Evergreen Baptist Church Building Fund.
