He is survived by: his wife Vickie Adcox Hartley; his parents, Margie Ingraham and Don Hartley; his parents-in-law, Betty and Dean Adcox; his sister Debbie Garner; his siblings-in-law, Tommy Hartley and Kathy Cox; and his nieces and nephews, Katherine Adcox, Angie Dickerson, Leslie O'Neal, William Cox and Joseph McGovern.
