He is survived by : his wife Martha Tanner Maddox of Mize; his children, Stephanie Maddox Welch (Donny) and Robert Scott Maddox (Kristy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Riley, Marlee Welch, Mason and Brody Maddox; and his siblings, Pansy Maddox and Arnold Maddox (Brenda).
