He was predeceased by: his wife Ouida Joy Williams; his parents, Robert Williams and Edna Earl Williams; and his brother-in-law Davis Cook. He is survived by: his son Fred Williams; his grandson Michael Robert Williams; and his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Cook, Alice Jean Holbrook (Clifton) and Charles David Willliams (Wanda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
