He is survived by: his wife Barbara Horn of Rienzi; his children, Greg Horn (Mary) of Booneville, Skylar Horn (Morgan) of Rienzi and Kyndal Bagley of Rienzi; his siblings, Gaither Horn of Rienzi, Jerry Horn (Melissa) of Booneville and Carolyn Hall; his daughter Laura Clark; his grandchildren, Kaylee Horn, Abby Horn, Dawson Horn, Harlee Brandon (Myles), Bella Lytal and Kat Lytal; and his great grandchildren, Paisley and Lane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
