He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. Spencer, Jr. and Peggy Windham Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" G. Spencer of Magnolia; his daughters, Erica Myers (Christopher) of Magnolia and Becky Spencer of Osyka; his siblings, Bucky Spencer (Anita) of Baton Rouge, LA, Curtis Spencer (Lauren) of Covington, LA and Peggy "Sis" Stevens (Drew) of Franklinton, LA; and his grandchildren, Adelyn McGraw, Isaac Myers, Marcy McGraw and Silas Myers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
