He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Burkhalter and Helen Cutrer Burkhalter; his wife Hazel; and his brother David. He is survived by: his brothers, Don (Bobbe) and Jerry (Shawn); and his aunt Lucy Cutrer Givens. He is also survived by three grandnephews, and numerous cousins.
