It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Mae Poteet of Mantachie, Mississippi, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer and Lorraine Gholston Crabb; her husband J. C. Poteet; and her son J. C. Poteet, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Rodney Poteet (Sue), Gina Hood (Keith) of Tupelo and Rose Williams (Rick); her sister Gayle White (Lelva) of Mooreville; her grandchildren, Hannah Patterson (Neil), Ross Hood, Amber McCarty (Jarred) and Whit Williams (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Gatlin McCarty and Darrin McCarty.
