He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wesley Johnson and Edna Lee Scott Johnson; his son Curtis Stevens Johnson; his former wife Mary Stevens Johnson; and his siblings, Olar Johnson (Marietta), Owen Johnson (Dotsie), Boyce Johnson (Beatrice), Lois Caradine (Clinton), Earlene King (LeRoy), Tom Johnson (Dora Mae), Wayne Johnson (Nick), Virginia Duncan (Arnold), Glenda Duncan (Ruble) and Jimmie Johnson (Ann).
He is survived by: his wife Marie Skelton Johnson; his children, Jody Johnson (Laurie) and Mary Margaret Williams (John); his stepsons, Van Hardin (Kelley) and Matt Hardin (Neshia); his grandchildren, Zach Williams (Danae), Anna Nickels (Hayden), Claire Crimm (Zach), Josie Cunningham (Austin), Austin Hardin, Will Hardin, John Wesley Hardin and Maggie Hardin; and his great grandchildren, Coleigh Crimm, Wyatt Whitehurst, Ava Cole Nickels, Mary Hayden Nickels, Conlee Crimm, Sawyer Crimm, Logan, Max Cunningham and Polly Nickels.
