He is survived by: his wife Barbara Crowe Stephens of Marietta; his son Matt Stephens (Hannah) of Booneville; his siblings, Mike Stephens (Sarah) of Marietta, Tommy Stephens of Booneville and Kernith Vandevander; and his grandchildren, Zachery and Zoe Stephens.
