He was predeceased by : his parents, William Odis and Mary McIver Hathcock; his daughter Terry Hetzer; and his siblings, Onia Winfroe, Rosia Muelluer and Paul Hathcock.
He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Baker Hathcock of Marks, MS; and his children, Lisa Burrows of Marks, MS, Stan Hathcock and Lance Hathcock. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
