She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Phelps, Sr. and Gola Snyder Phelps; and her husband James Willard Bell. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Bell (Marilyn), Tony Bell (Robin Leslie), Billy Bell (Robin Mann) and Darlene Bell Roberson (Tony); her brother James Everett Phelps (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Angel Rucker (Larry), Kris Bell (Melissa), Adam Bell, Megan Williams, Matthew Bell, Nathan Bell (Haylei), Brooke Chance and Eli Bell (Madison). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
