He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. McTaggart and Agnes Reed McTaggart; his grandson Jacob Dunn; his brother Bill; his siblings-in-law, Claudine McTaggart, J. P. Leggett, Donald Lambert and Lawrence Stringer; and his in-laws, Clyde and Audrey Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne McTaggart; his daughter Sondra Dunn (David); his sisters, Margaret Leggett and Esta Lambert; his granddaughter Bridget Vanover (Jeremy); his great grandchild Levi Vanover; his sister-in-law Gail Stringer; and his caregiver Marilyn Wood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Baptist Church Building fund.
