We bid farewell to Billie King Garrett of McComb, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 24, 2025 at the age of 87. Billie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry King and Inez King; her sons, Kirk and Brian Smith; her brother Robert King; and her nephew J. T. O'Brien.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Stelz (Bud), Pat Reinartz (John) and Johnny King (Patricia); her daughter-in-law Lucy Smith; her stepdaughters, Laura Campbell (Chris) and Michelle Snow (Joe); and her siblings' children, Melinda Blaise (Rob), Hank King (Kristen) and Jared King (Amanda).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Methodist Church (2216 MS-550, Wesson, MS 39191).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Hope Church Cemetery Fund.
