She is survived by: her children, Tim Kavanay of McComb, Karen Newman (Ed) of Clinton, Kelly Kavanay of Ocean Springs and David Kavanay (Sandra) of McComb; her grandchildren, Leslie Ferguson, Matthew Newman (Crystal), John Kavanay, Emily Ward (Michael), Kristi Kavanay, Ashley Petty (Brandon), Ben Kavanay (Carly) and Adam Kavanay (Avery); her great grandchildren, Ian Ferguson, Rivers, Tucker, Boden Newman, Brooks, Lane Kavanay, Connor, Caroline Petty, Cruz and Tristan Ward; her brothers, Danny Simmons and Pat Simmons; and her grandsons, Ian Ferguson, Michael Ward and Brandon Petty. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
