He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Foley and Grace Sylvia Foley; and his wife Janie H. Foley. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Morgan of Destin, FL and Michelle Haley (Brian) of Tacoma, Washington; his granddaughter Kathleen Haley of Tacoma Washington; his sister Kathy Murphy of Naples, Florida; and his daughter Nascar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
