It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Prudence Owens McGehee (McComb, Mississippi), who passed away on April 21, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Prudence Owens McGehee to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mimi; her siblings, Ramsay Jones of Tampa, FL and Tait Owens of Helena, AR; her children, Caj McGehee (Sandra) of McComb, MS, Simmons Copeland (Kevin) of McComb, MS and Abbay Graves (Laura) of Liberty, MS; and her grandchildren, Juston Etheridge, Payton Etheridge, Jeanie Etheridge, Kylee McGehee, Adelyn Copeland and Audrey Copeland. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and many special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Mediator/Redeemer (215 N Broadway, McComb, MS 39648). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Glioblastoma Foundation.
