It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Hemeter of McComb, Mississippi, born in Prentiss, Mississippi, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hackley Hemeter and Elizabeth Clark; his adoptive father B. C. Clark; and his brother Clyde Ellis Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Schwartz (Chris), Beth Hemeter (Joelene Morrow) and Christy Milton (Chad); his grandchildren, Anna, Claire Schwartz, Drew and Charlie Milton; his brother Charlie Clark (Kathryn); and his pet Molly.
In lieu of flowers, Bob requested that contributions be made to St. Andrew's Mission, MICA, PALS, or First Christian Church of McComb.
