He was predeceased by: his father James Leroy Touchstone; his grandparents, Marjorie Touchstone, John Ellis and Gennie McDaniel; his aunts, Judy Touchstone and Emma Case; his uncle Nathaniel; and his sons, Henry McDaniel, Clifford McDaniel, Charles McDaniel, Marshall McDaniel and Milton McDaniel.

He is survived by: his mother Dorothy McDaniel Touchstone; his children, Mallory Touchstone (Keith) and Tyler Touchstone (Kim); his grandchildren, Ethan Touchstone, Brandon Laird, Grayson Touchstone, Raynie Touchstone, Paisley Touchstone, Audrey Stinson and Joshua Stinson; his sister Melinda Touchstone; his stepbrothers, Jimmy Phelps (Glenda) and Ricky Phelps (Melanie); his close friend Jo Ann Lee; and his aunts and uncles, Doug Touchstone, Seth Touchstone, Hilton "Pete" McDaniel, Debbie Touchstone and Marie Travis of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
