He was predeceased by: his father James Alver Buggage Sr.; and his siblings, James Alvar Buggage Jr. and Joyce Marie Buggage Martin. He is survived by: his mother Willie Mae Atkins Fortenberry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Williams & Southall Funeral Home (1204 Cleveland St, Thibodaux, LA 70301).
