She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton McKinley and Ethel McKinley; her son Jon Kuyrkendall; her daughter-in-law Kelly Kuyrkendall; and her brother-in-law Glen Fortenberry.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Kuyrkendall; her children, Debbie Butler (Billy) and Lee Kuyrkendall; her granddaughters, Jennifer, Stephanie Butler and Kasey Kuyrkendall; her great grandchild Carlee Addison; and her sister Annette Fortenberry. She is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
