He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton D. "Cy" Perkins and Maude Allen Boyd Perkins; his former wife Alice Earle Perkins; and his sister Dwenda Lee Norman. He is survived by: his wife Martha Baker Perkins; his children, Thomas Clinton Perkins (Connie), Pam Woods (Ray) and Amy Stromeyer; his siblings, Charles O. Perkins (Nancy) and Alice Irene Pounders; and his grandchildren, Brittany Wall (Henry), Michael Williams, Amber Woods (Brandon), Nickolas Phelps and Zachary Stromeyer (Haleigh). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.
