He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Veazey Moore; his daughter Wanda Fay Moore; his parents, Luther Moore and Amanda Hicks Moore; and his sister Ruth Moore Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Michael Moore (Mindy) and Cindy Tapp (John); his grandchildren, Benjamin Tapp, Sarah Tapp, Mercedes Sellers (Alex) and Madigan Moore; his brother Jeff Moore; Russ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
