He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Hover and Phyllis Waltman Hover; his grandparents, Alvin, Inez Hover, Randolph and Mary Waltman; and his cousins, Shannon Hover and Josh Wayne Brewer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Robare (Daniel) of Tidioute, PA, Gilbert Hover (Shannon Wilson) of Gulfport, MS and Dione Santobianco (Brandon Roberts) of Metairie, LA.; and his nieces and nephews, Russell L. Tripp Jr., Michael T. Santobianco, Christine E. Tripp and Allison M. Santobianco. He is also survived by four great-nephews; one great-niece; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
