He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fore; his mother Janice Kizer; his siblings, Sandy Boldreghini (Mike) and Brad Bartholomew; his siblings' children, Shea Smith, Brianna Bartholomew and Justin Goble; and his friends, Terry and Angel Jones of Saucier, MS..
